Development Manager’s Update – June 2024

SIGV Release 5

By now most of you will know that Release 5 of the Sussex Inlet Golf Village is officially registered! That means within the next few weeks, we’ll be welcoming a whole host of new residents to the community. With registration now behind us, the team on the ground will shift its focus back to the golf course itself, with significant works planned for the 9^th hole about to commence. There’s also been some noticeable developments on the 7^th hole, with fairway bunkers all but completed. Finally, the fluffy new 8^th opened officially last week, and it’s just crying out for someone to come and make a birdie!
