Welcome to (late) March 2024 update!
Stage 2 of SIGV is now well and truly on the home stretch and racing towards registration.
The delivery team anticipates Stage 2 will achieve practical completion in April. A big thanks to our team for persevering through the wet weather!
There are a just few finishing touches yet to be completed, most notably laying topsoil and hydro-seed over the home sites and verges. Once those finishes touches are complete to get Stage 2 will be ready for the final site inspection and then inspection by the Council before they issue the Subdivision Certificate. Assuming all goes well, the Council should have the Subdivision Certificate to us so that we can then submit the plan for registration in May with settlements to follow in June.
Through all the recent wet weather, progress on the golf course remains promising. We’re sure that the members and social players are really starting to see the shape and feel of the new holes!
