As part of the Sussex Inlet Golf Village Masterplan steps have been taken to ensure the design of the course provides a safe and practical golf course development for the community and its residents. However, it is impossible to eliminate the risk associated with living on any golf course.
For that reason we have put together a policy to outline the circumstances we will contribute to or reimburse residents for damage caused to homes or property within Sussex Inlet Golf Village by errant golf balls. This policy is designed to provide transparency and clarity regarding incident coverage for purchasers and residents. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with this policy.
