Development Manager’s Update – July 2023

Sussex Inlet Golf Village has definitely had a makeover in the last few weeks!  Many of you will have noticed that preparations for the commencement of Stage 2 civil works are nearly complete.  We have had a recent run of good weather, so our team has been able to make some real progress.  The topsoil has been stripped.  The sediment pond is also coming along nicely and is approximately 50% complete.  The sewer reticulation and construction of the fire trail are also progressing well.  The construction of the fire trail is now approximately 25% complete.  The team has also made some good headway with bulk earthworks and pavement boxing, with those works now nearly 50% complete.
