Welcome to January 2024 update!
As we welcome 2024, Sussex Inlet Golf Village Stage 2 is inching ever closer to practical completion. While the recent run of inclement has resulted in minor delays, the team has continued to press forward and has made significant progress on site. Installation of services is complete and just need to be connected to the existing networks. Bulk earthworks on the western lots has started. The road pavement has been built up in readiness for asphalt to be laid next month. In the background, we are already working with Shoalhaven City Council to work through the subdivision certificate requirements and ensure a smooth registration process. Fingers crossed for some good weather next month!
