We are very excited to soon be delivering the first few Sussex Inlet Golf Village home sites to our first ever residents!
This milestone marks the beginning of a new journey for our residents, and an achievement decades in the making from Lucas Property Group and more recently Sheargold. The vision for this new community was formulated many years ago by Ralph Lucas, who is responsible for creating several residential communities in Sussex Inlet which many locals now call home. After bringing on Sheargold to help deliver SIGV and several years of meticulous planning and detail, we are very proud to deliver the first chapter of what is to become a hallmark master planned community of the south coast.
In other news we would like to congratulate Ralph Lucas who recently received the honour by the Mayor, Amanda Findley, of the waterways along River Road in Sussex Inlet bearing his name. Ralph Lucas Waterways is situated between the Badgee community and the Sussex township, right along the banks of the Inlet itself.
Meanwhile, with such strong demand at SIGV, our teams are preparing future releases to be made available very soon. The next release at SIGV will feature a selection of internal and golf course frontage lots as well as a range of House & Land Packages from our hand-picked builders. More to come very soon.
