Welcome to the latest development update for Sussex Inlet Golf Village!
While 2020 nears to an end, works have continued to progress steadily at the Sussex Inlet Golf Village. Bulk Earthworks, topsoiling and seeding of the new lots are now complete - we expect the grass shoots to spread across the development with help of some conducive weather. Service installations are virtually complete with connections currently booked in for electricity, water and telecommunication. As was the case last month, all subdivision works associated with Stage 1A of Sussex Inlet Golf Village are on track for completion early next year. Along Sussex Inlet Road we anticipate roadworks to be all but complete prior to the Christmas closure with minor line marking is likely to extend into January. That said, both lanes of the road will be open to traffic with reduced speed signage to remain. Last but not least landscaping works will also commence imminently and are sure to add to the beautiful aesthetic of the Sussex Inlet Golf Course and the Sussex Inlet Golf Village.
