Construction of our new Sales and Information Centre and Display Village is underway. When complete the Sales and Information Centre will feature state of the art technology to showcase the future of SIGV. If you have visited our current home in the Golf Clubhouse you may have test driven our digital model of the SIGV masterplan. The new Sales and Info Centre is set to include large interactive displays to make experiencing this digital model more immersive. For those of you who prefer things a little more traditional there will also be a large scale physical model of the entire project as well as all the plans and information you would expect to find.
Also under construction from our carefully selected building partners (GJ Gardner, Metricon, Hotondo and New Living Homes) are several display homes demonstrating the quality of housing you can expect throughout SIGV in accordance with our design guidelines. Our building partners are also currently working on the selection of house and land packages to be made available throughout Release 5. Keep an eye out for these details on our website shortly or make an appointment to drop in and see Barry at the SIGV sales space in the Golf Clubhouse to discuss finer details of these packages or the project more broadly.
