With the first phase of construction nearing completion and new homes soon underway, we look forward to also starting construction on our all-new Sales & Information Centre. This new space will feature interactive technology, a full-scale model of SIGV and also demonstrate the golf course lifestyle you can have with landscaped gardens looking out over the course. We will take you along the journey of the build when work commences shortly.
Sitting directly next door to the Sales & Info Centre is the Display Village, with several builders involved to showcase their designs and configurations all set to commence over the coming months.
The summer holiday period saw a huge level of interest in SIGV with many people holidaying in the area and understandably picturing themselves in this beautiful part of the South Coast. With so much recent demand we have now made available all remaining home sites for sale in Releases 1 -4. These newly released home sites will be offered up exclusively to our subscribers before they are released onto the open market. So, make sure you are subscribed to receive priority.
