Release 5 is officially on the home stretch! After a few days lost to rain, the team are back and making progress. Asphalt has been laid, marking a significant milestone for the stage. We’ve also made a start on constructing the footpath along the extension of both Villagewood Drive and Birkdale Circuit.
Just a reminder that planting of street trees for this stage has been deferred until after homes are constructed.
There are also a few service connections scheduled for this month and next to officially complete the servicing of each homesite.
All going well, Release 5 of Sussex Inlet Golf Village should be practically complete mid March! At that point, arrangements can be made for valuations and surveys by getting in touch with us. Please note that any invasive testing cannot take place until after your purchases have been completed.
Golf course works are also moving in the right direction despite the weather. Sprigging of the 7th fairway was carried out in Mid-February to make sure it was appropriately timed with the growing season. The drainage and cartpath on the 8th progressed this month with turfing of the fairway scheduled for March.
