Welcome to the latest development update for Sussex Inlet Golf Village!
Construction works have continued to progress well and on time throughout September and October, with the future community continuing to take shape. Substantial progress has been made on electrical and telecommunication installation - both of which will provide essential services to future residents. The installation of these services is complemented by the milestone of earthworks completion and commencement of landscaping next month. All subdivision works associated with Stage 1A of Sussex Inlet Golf Village are on track for completion early next year.
The roundabout and road construction on Sussex Inlet road are also progressing. Works on the eastbound lane are now complete, with works now underway on the westbound lane leading towards the roundabout. It is anticipated that these works will be complete by mid-November. Until then the current traffic lights arrangement will be maintained, with traffic lights managing one lane from the Golfcourse Way/Sussex Inlet Road intersection towards the Sussex Inlet township.
Works will then commence on the section of the westbound lane departing the roundabout (towards the Princes Highway). These works will take approximately 6 weeks. The current traffic lights and Golfcourse Way intersection will be relocated to suit. We thank all of the locals and road users for their patience during these roadworks.
