We are pleased to announce the development approval for Release 5 was granted by Shoalhaven City Council on the 17th of November. This next stage of the master plan comprises of 81 residential lots including associated subdivision works and golf course augmentation. Our delivery team is now focussed on preparing detailed construction plans as part of the subdivision works certificate application. Our intention is to commence construction early next year.
The SIGV entry sign has also had a bit of a face lift with black vinyl applied to the lettering and a larger coloured crest installed. This provides a much bolder impression as you drive into the village.
In other news, the SIGV design review panel has received 33 design applications and approved 27. That means over 30% of homes are approved and should commence construction in the near future.
