Welcome to the August 2021 Sussex Inlet Golf Village update!
This month saw a number of purchasers take ownership of their properties. A huge congratulations to every owner and welcome to this wonderful new community. There have already been a few applications to the design review panel with superb home designs anticipated to start construction later this year and early next. One of those homes will be the sales office located at Lot 1001. Right next to the sales office will be the display village car park which will start construction in the next month or two.
Having completed Stage 1, we are working with authorities to secure approvals for future stages. From all indications the Stage 2 development consent is imminent. The next step will be to secure a construction certificate before construction can commence next year.
