Welcome to the January 2023 update!
We are delighted to report that we received the SWC on the 25th of January meaning subdivision construction works can commence imminently. Glennos Constructions have been appointed as the head civil contractors for the subdivision works and Southern Habitat for the landscaping works. Site fencing will be installed over the next few weeks before construction equipment is floated to site then clearing and bulk earthworks begin. We have implemented a tender process for the golf course augmentation works. When complete, the golf course augmentation works improve the safety and playability of the course in line with the master plan.
