After many years of meticulous design and planning, we are delighted to announce that construction of this new community has now commenced!
The scope of this first stage of construction includes:
- A new Round-a-Bout installed at the intersection of Golf Course Way and Sussex Inlet Roads
- A Sewer Pump Station and Rising Main back to the Sussex Inlet Sewerage Treatment Plant
- Construction of the first 79 Home Sites, which includes a Sales & Information Centre and a number of Display Homes provided by our hand-picked builders.
- The development also includes the provision for Underground Power, Water, Sewer & High-Speed Fibre Optic Telecommunication Services to all home sites.
The total cost of these infrastructure works and Stage 1 will exceed $10,000,000.
We anticipate the construction of this first stage to be complete by September 2020, weather permitting.
We will keep you up to date as the works commence and progress over the next few months, as well as announcing details of the home sites on offer and the initial sales release.
